TEJASE, The Yoga of Liberation, weaves together a radiant tapestry of yoga practices including Kundalini, LifeForce, Vinyasa, and 
Anusara Yoga. 

TEJASE is The Yoga of Liberation. Liberation from the past. Liberation from the limits we place upon ourselves. Liberation from the way we think about ourselves.  When life has closed off our hearts and our minds, freedom can come from the practice of Yoga. TEJASE uses breathing exercises, traditional Yoga poses, mindfulness techniques, the healing energy of vibrational sound and restorative practices. These tools empower the individual to begin to rely on their inner wisdom, trusting they have all they need to move through the world from a place of peace and equanimity.

With the gentle guidance of teachers who have gone through major life challenges, The Yoga of Liberation will begin to root out destructive ways of thinking to make room for new, healthy pathways.
